Founder & Principal
TPr Yusnaim bin Abdul Rani
TPr Yusnaim is a respected Registered Town Planner with over two decades of experience in both the public and private sectors. He holds a Master's degree in Urban Development and Management from UiTM and served at PLANMalaysia for 17 years before establishing YAR Consult.

His expertise in Social Impact Assessment is widely recognized, having successfully led over 40 complex SIA projects. He is also the winner of prestigious awards such as the 'PR1MA Township Ideas Competition 2018' and 'Young Planner of The Year' by the Malaysian Institute of Planners.
